CNC Vertical Machining Centers New Series

The New Series CNC Vertical Machining Centers feature Mehanite casting body construction providing maximum rigidity and superior vibration damping. The absolute encoder technology on all axes enables instant startup without zero referencing and delivers high positioning accuracy. This feature reduces production times and increases operational efficiency.

With Mitsubishi, Fanuc or Siemens control unit options, these machines can be customized according to user preferences. The 24-tool capacity automatic tool changer (ATC) ensures uninterrupted operation. The wireless handwheel provides easy operation and BBT40/BBT50 taper options offer adaptability to various machining applications.

With its compact design and powerful performance, the New Series is an excellent solution for precision part production, mold manufacturing and complex machining operations. Particularly, the VL-1800 and VL-1500 models can achieve higher torque capacity with optional gear box.
